mmeiser: it's an obvious and thinly vailed threat, but isn't that a threat of extortion? perhaps these lawyers should just sue them again?
mmeiser: there is one issue I just really don't like here: the only direct winners are lawyers ($258 mil), the article does not give the total amount slated for consumers through vouchers and no money gets awarded to any actual companies hurt by M$ anti-competitive practices
